I never fail to eat at Red Tavern when I’m in Chico. The food and service are exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. A couple of years back, after my wife had an accident, they kindly sent a complimentary dessert to our table. The atmosphere, whether inside or on the patio, is lovely. Even during busy holidays, the service remains top-notch, and the food is simply outstanding. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

This is hands down the best place in town! The service is consistently excellent, and the food never disappoints. They accommodated our vegan family member with a special dish, showing their great flexibility. The owners are always around and engaging, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Their menu changes seasonally, so there's always something new to try. The short ribs and beer salad are absolutely fantastic, and my husband swears by their pork chop. This is the only restaurant I confidently recommend for a delightful evening.
