New Canton has become our go-to spot for Chinese cuisine. The flavors are consistently excellent, and the dim sum is particularly tasty. They use some of the freshest vegetables available on the Peninsula, which makes a big difference!

This is hands down the best Chinese food we've ever ordered! The portions are generous, and everything is so tasty and crispy. From the salt and pepper pork to the chow mein, every dish was delightful. Best experience we've had in over 30 years living in San Carlos! Our guests were also impressed!
