Absolutely loved dining at Maldaner's! The historical setting added so much to the experience. The Mediterranean-style dishes were exquisite. A must-visit when in Springfield!

What a delightful dining experience! The chef's use of seasonal ingredients made each dish burst with flavor. The staff was friendly and the service was impeccable. I cannot wait to come back!
