The staff really prioritize customer service. Despite an overbooking situation, they still managed to accommodate my room request. After a long day, I was able to relax comfortably thanks to their efforts. Highly commendable team!

The bed was comfortable during our three-night stay. One evening, we received delicious cookies, which was a lovely surprise! However, the service was a bit inconsistent at times, and we didn't get bottled water on our third night. Overall, I'd still choose this place to stay again.
